duno were to put this:
is they a way to turn off all my car mods without uninstalling them,
so i can play on samp
please help

No lol, you must replace the modded files with the originals.:P

3 ways actually:
1. If you have installed them with SAMI simple unistall them
2. replace them with the original files (requires you to have backup files)
3. reinstall the game to obtain the original textures.

Install the game again into another path, install SAMP Into that path, problem solved.

Just make 2 copyes off gta3.img. One for SA-MP and one for singleplayer. Simply rename them for the use.

Like Joe_ said, have two different GTA:SA paths.
I use one for modding only for singleplayer, and the other I use for SA:MP.
