Help with player markers - Jason Miller - 24.07.2010

I searched alot on forums but didn't get the answer for one certain problem. The player marker for players work quite well, but the markers disappear in a distance and I haven't figured out how to make it not disappear in distance, so it would be constanly there. Maybe someone could give me a few tips or a hand regarding my problem.
