SetPlayerInterior(playerid, interiorid);

go ingame, get in an interior, type /interior < to get that interior id

Problem is you downloaded some Gamemode and are basically asking a question that makes no sense, If you're trying to make it so theirs an interior when you enter an HQ, You need to learn some basis of scripting, The bare minimum.
