i just want to know how come some areas (like Jefferson) are green (it says Jefferson when you enter it but other areas when taken over by GSF aren't :/

yeah they are usually white for me aswell but i have no idea :/
i had a gang war there today and after (when i won) it went white again! :O :O :O

It's because that territory is only partially taken over. You left in the middle of a turf war or something.

Always been white for me
