Hi,
When I am nears to coordinate 0,0,0, my person bug, timeout, walk only, bug Warning(game)...There are some cars spawn over there. Everybody have this bug.
Normal?

Guess there are too many cars, try to remove them.

If there are many cars in the same place it can end up in those warnings. However, those warnings can also be caused by mods so I would suggest you to uninstall your carmods if you have any.
