[HELP] /Giveweapon - andershh - 16.07.2010

Is it possible to create a command, like /giveweapon ID Weaponname.
Like, it gives your weapon to another player.
Example: /giveweapon 4 shotgun.
'/me has given Random_Person his shotgun'
Then it removes your shotgun.
