Don't use Debug mode IMO. It's bugged sh*t.
Download a car spawn filterscript and use /save to save it.

Got a good scripting tut for me to start off with?
I just want a server for me and my little nephews to hang out on, you know do mini-missions, DM each other, pwn the fk out of NPCs, that type thing, they live miles from here, so we can't play the actual multiplayer mode built in the game >.<

Start off with a Gamemode. I suggest the one by MoneyPimp(its all DM), and for the NPCs is so easy to create, search on this forum on how to create NPCs(topic by KC)
