Problem with some interior objects - Script - 11.07.2010

In some objects... like the bank interior
there are some invisible wall.. at the Staircase and i saw this interior in alot of servers...
without the invisible wall..
anyone know how can i fix it?

Which interior ID is it? And what "invisible wall"?
