Is there anyone or any thread that has a EMPTY (Ready to add Includes & Plug ins like a bank, login system, etc for starters/learners)

Hmm, i was just looking for an empty server, No cars, no pickup objects, nothing so i could just make my own scripts or download some to throw in to make it a RP

Again it might be stupid but in the server package ( what you download for your server ) You find server bases.

You want a new blank script, right..?
Then open a new.pwn in pawno, delete everything, and start.
Or as Lorenc said, look into the "gamemodes" folder and look for "bare.pwn", that has virtually nothing in it.
