[uninstall GTA help] - aceisnice - 09.07.2010

i was using spark and modding files then when i went to go play the game it wouldent even load it would just say samop scrashed right off the bat, and yes spark was closed. i uninstalled the game and reinstalle it. now i must attept to uninstall again but now i get this error. C:\PRODRA~2\COMMON`1\INSTAL~1\PROFES~1\RunTime\10\ 50\Intel32\Ctor.dll Please help me
