Hello again..

I have made a command witch makes many explosions. Ahhm about 95 in one time.. but only about 9 are showing for me..

so.. is there any max explosions limit?

No I believe there isn't. You can always make a Timer to create explosions and make them reocccur over and over

buuttt.. 95 explosions...

i will get bored to make 95 timers.. :O

The same with lights.. i made with mta light place but only about 8 are enabled at night

Oh I thought you meant explosions in one certain area. If they are all over then you will have to make every seperate explosions.
