Simple admin system - Export - 07.07.2010

Hello fellow users of the SA-MP forum!

I've seen a lot of admin filterscripts here but the most of them have like over the 100 commands, which are totally useless.
I couldn't really find a simple admin system, well I found one but that one is only for RCON administrators.
Anyway, does someone have a simple admin system which have the commands like:

/report (Non-admin command)
/goto 
/get
/announce
/freeze
/mute 
/unfreeze
/unmute
/kick
/ban
/a (admin chat)
/admins (Non-admin command, this will show the currently online admins)
/admincommands

So simple as possible, so no levels, and no useless commands. I only want to make difference between a RCON admin and a 'normal' admin, so I could make new admins as a RCON admin which normal admins can't.

I hope someone could give/help me with this
