Windows keeps changing colour scheme ~ Annoying - [HLF]Southclaw - 23.06.2010

I\'ve had this 3 or 4 times now, when I\'m doing something on the computer, usually browsing files, copying moving etc, just generally using windows explorer, when the windows colour scheme suddenly decides to switch to basic, no reason, not running any extra program or anything, then It would go back; This will happen about 5-6 times then just go back to normal.

Any ideas on what could be happening? doubt I\'ll fix it, just curious :P

Yes, I don\'t think that would cause this problem.

Normal the colour scheme changes when you run a fullscreen application, could it be something like leaving a fullscreen game running in the background?

That\'s the ONLY time it happens to me, is when I\'m running any game that requires any kind of speed, like GTA. So , if ur running games in the background, that\'s why.

It only happens to me when running GTA SA, but it has happened once before when I was copying a .exe file, dunno why.

No, only using Windows Explorer. I noticed it\'s when I copy/move/delete things.
