put all command class selection (F4) this is half of command :S that i can see something, and maybe help you

Do you mean the skin selection at the start, or when a player presses F4 and dies?

It's not possible to remove the F4 Key from doing it's job.
Because F4 is not detectable under OnPlayerKeyStateChange.
