I have some questions:

1.) How can I find out, if a heat-seeking missile trys to hit a player ??
2.) (possible?) Is there a plugin to check if F12 was pressed (cheats...)?

1.) no its not possible because Heat Seaker is not implemented in sa-mp
2.) as my knowledge , i don't think its possible but u can use anti-cheats on forum there are alot and they all work perfect
