and when i type this i only see

so it not clears logs ;x maybe reloadlogs [something] ? or is there any other command who clears logs in game?

There is no command to clear the logs in game. I think there is a plugin/FS you can get to clear the logs at specific times.

Someone should update the wiki then. It says it's a RCON command btw.

use SendRconCommand("reloadlog");

there are a few filter scripts out there that will reload the logs in-game. I am sure that if you search through out the filter scripts forums you can find something.
