You can't.
You can change the SKIN of the player, for example, the skin could be Big Smoke, or Ryder.
But you cannot change the clothes on CJ.
SA-MP Does not have that feature unfortunately, only MTA.

You cannot change the clothes of the player in this SA-MP version. Just skins.
