i have this problem with a gammemode when i try to start
this is the server.cfg configuration

OBVIOUSLY echo.so isn't a very good plugin -.-

.so files are for linux and you are obviously using windows. Try and find a version of the plugin you are using that is compiled for windows.

You need the .dll plugin file for the windows.
