IRC FS - jesuschristlordandsavior - 18.06.2010

So I found an IRC plugin called "iAdmin" the problem is it copies EVERY line of text in the IRC room. Can someone locate me the part of the script that does that? I have a script to change it to use !say but I am not sure where that part of it is.
