Does it work well for dialup users and is there a ping program that we can download to keep our ping low cause whenever I used to play on the multi player thing,
My ping would be sky high and then i'd get kicked or disconnected...

You cant download a program for it. Also, try get a server close to you to play on. Go to the internet list and press ping. Another idea is to join a server without a ping kicker.
