Aight' - so I have a VPS running currently running with 20Gbit in download, and 7Gbit in upload.
- How many players could I have on this server, without any lag?

Depends how the CPU is, gamemode, but i don't see where you can get a VPS with full 20gig download but meh should be fine internet wise just all depends on CPU and gamemode.

The machine it self is quard core. I cannot remember how many gHz though. It has 6 Gigs of ram aswell.

quad core you'll run a good amount.. like 400 players maybe without lag

Alright. Good to know. I will start with simple 50 slots, as I doesn't need more.

7Gbit ul for a VPS? bullshit.

How many cores you have doesnt matter, SA:MP is single threaded.
