I go on a lot of servers, 90% of them (i can have 40 ping, 10 people in server, perfect connection) and the game freezes at the loading screen.
SA:MP 0.3a started.
Connecting to **.***.**.***:****
Connected. Joining Game....
After that the game freezes, and i have to use CTRL+ALT+DEL to close the program. This happens to 90% of the servers.
Some servers will loud once in a blue moon, but then there are some servers that NEVER load.
How do i fix this, what is the problem? It is very annoying.
BEFORE ANSWERING READ THIS
-I have 600 kB/s internet speed
-The servers i go into i have 100 or below ping
-I go to servers which have a small amount of people, not only to reduce lag but they are funner, so prob 50 people or less
-I rarely lag if i do get into a match, even with "Very High" quality, Widescreen, etc.
-I have few other applications open
-My PC is above the requirements to play the game
-I have few mods, and i even tried to play with no mods one time and still it froze up
-I have uninstalled and Reinstalled 3 times tonight, formatted my hard drive after the 1st attempt.
-I try to join the server 3 times untill i give up
-I have re-installed SA:MP many times, along with closing and reopening the client.
What the hell could be the problem? Very appreciated.

no firewall issues?
have you tried connecting to the top 5 servers (highest population)?
why not post speedtest.net results?

I remember having an issue like this, when i connected to a server and where about to choose spawn char, the pc froze completely :S though reinstalling my whole os fixed it
