Creating a new vehicle GUI - zombie13333 - 17.06.2010

I need help with gui's. I'm not familiar with them and want to create my own for vehicles.
I need to know how I can change The GUI Picture's Color based on Fuel[playerid].

For example: I have 10 bars at the bottom of the screen. If I have full gas, all those bars are green.
If I have 10 % of the gas gone, one bar is black. How is this possible?

Also, A GUI Editor would be nice. Any links?
