Could you recomend me a gamemode with lot of cars, businesses and options?

There is not really a recommended gamemode because everyone wants something different. The best is to learn PAWN and make your own

I agree, Dont use Godfather.

But, learn pawno and make your own. On that way you can include what ever you want in the script
