You must create A Textdraw for create this. Use Zamarothґs Textdraw Editor by searching on forum for it.

Well for the first question it should open automaticly. Every garage u can open in single player should open automaticly in sa-mp.

Second question u could use a textdraw
if u don't no how to make a textdraw look here
