I can't find this so here is the idia...

At the bottom of the screen to be a bar with scroling text that can be changed in and out of the game.

d like to use it for : Rules, Announcements and commands for the players ... Maby also chage the colour of the text to what i want..

If anyone knows if there is one of thers plz comment ot if you can make 1 that would be cool!

There is a filterscript about this somewhere, Just search for it in the filterscript section
