SAMP Don't WORK - mjininas - 15.06.2010

Hello,
I have a huge problem here is that i installed San adnreas US 1.00,i instaled SAMP 0.3a i start SAMP i pick a server and then i double clique,i wait for it to load and then whent it finish i fin myself As CJ at night somewhere in los santos it's the same way the debug mod launch,i tried millions of servers and it's the same way,i made the compatibility on XP service pack 3 on both SAmp and GTASA,i 've done the 80% stuff and still the same problem!
I'm asking your help pliz

Edit:i found a video of the same problem can't play samp for some reason(need help)

That's not my video and it isn't me on the video,it's just to show exactly the probleme i suffer from,so unless if you have a proposition to solve it,please stay on topic!

are you sure you don't run debug mode?
get into gta sa files and click the icon with the girl not the black..

Yes i'm sure it's not the debug mod i run you just have to see the video and you will understand exactly the probleme!
I also have to say that this is not me in the video
