How can i toggle a players money?

i watched i video @ http://forum.sa-mp.com/index.php?topic=177021.0
and didnt c anymoney so i wonder is this possible w/o cleo etc? im not sure of the method used in the movie.

He's using MTA map editor when recording it. That's why the money doesn't show.
