Laptop specs - MWF2 - 13.06.2010

I have just bought a laptop and it runs nicely.


Is it good though?


Operating system: Windows Vista Home Premium

System Manufacturer: TOSHIBA

System Model: Satellite A300D

Memory: 3GB Ram

HardDrive: 300GB

Processor: AMD Turion™ X2 Dual - Core Mobile RM-70 (2CPUs) 2.0 GHz

Graphics Card: ATI Radeon HD 3650

As far as i remember and i know, ATI is for performance and nVidia is for quality...

The operating system can be changed for free to windows 7 the store had said.


Will this laptop be able to play games?

i disagree with you grim..Xp are better than 7 cause they are more flexible..
Vista bugs? FTL vista is the worst product of microsoft..

but you have to admit that 7 are way faster than both..

Vista has a lot of bugs I've been using it for quite some time now, and it has quite a bit of freezing, and slowness

I've never encountered a problem with Vista, it never ran slow/froze like everyone says it does. Incorrect usage perhaps? And that 7 is faster, yes, but a lot of the new things I just absolutely hate (it took me about a week to customize it back to the way I liked) and also the lay out of things, such as the control panel, is crap. I can't find anything I use to easily get on Vista/XP.

But it's all up to personal opinion which you like best. I'm just saying since I've never encountered a problem with it (and trust me, I'm good at breaking things), then it can't be all that bad.
