Global IP ban - Crasher33 - 13.06.2010
Hello. One person is attacking my server. I'm banning him, but his IP is not static. How i can ban him?

You can "Range Ban" him.
Download a good Admin System to protect your server.

Theres a few admin scripts with range ban, use it

he don't have dynamic ip? you can ban him
and if he evade the ban, range ban him.
