is there a fs or something that makes transfenders work?

no when i go up to the one in los santos near the pay n spray it doesn't open

[EDIT] i just went to the one in LV and it worked mhm

[EDIT] why does it say i cannot mod elegy and sultan at lv transfender?

You shouldn't be able to mod Elegy and Sultan in any Transfender shop. They can only be modded in Wheels Arch Angels in San Fierro.
