Yes, every single source of a app/program/script has to be released with the topic if you are releasing something.

I added also a source to the .rar now, so they can first see the source in visual basic and then run it in debug mode, if they dont trust it

Did you enter the player coordinates ? as example:
AddPlayerClass(285,4119.5356,451.3093,-0.8867,40.8235,0,0,0,0,0,0); // *******carrier


You need to enter that whole string (//comment not needed)
