i just put up a server but other ppl cant connect it, it just say retriving info. and i did port forward.

what can i do?

If you've forwarded the ports then ethier you didn't do it correctly or you need to disable/alter the settings of your PC's or Network's firewall. Make sure the IP you are giving the other people is an external IP.

You can also check your external IP address HERE besides typing ipconfig in your Command Prompt.
