Can someone help me with this, I want this for the lspd

**COMMANDS**
/cone or /c
/removecone or /rc
/removeallcones or /rac

/Cone - would place a cone where the officer is standing
/removecone - would remove the closest cone to the officer
/removeallcones - would remove all cones in the area
