It just got announced few hours at WWDC.
Some specs:
5MP cam with 720p HD video recording
up to 10 hours video watching
960x640 pixels (thats very huge, but still the same size like the old one)
front cam

I had one but I selled some months ago.. But I still want to buy it again. I'll see =D
