Hello, i saw on some server instead of 255.255.255:255 [Example]
server.ls-rp.com <--[ How can i do this, do i need a website and
do i need to use MYSQL or how can i do it else, thanks!

Firstly, you can host your server at www.serverffs.com. There you get a IP and youc an host your Server all day long (24/7).
But it cost money when you do that.
So if you host your server at home you must get your IP address and give it your friends to paly on your server.
The website and so on are no IPґs. This are features that you can make.
A website and a IP is really different.

This is my IP : 82.169.89.139:7744 <-[ I want to change that in somethig like server.p-rp:7744
Is that possible, that was what i was asking.

You have to buy a VPS or dedicated server which costs a fortune, usually, for a quality one.

You can get free domains at http://freedns.afraid.org/ You just need to register an account there and then you choose a domain(63,666 available) and and subdomain(what you want to have in front off it) and you point it at the server ip. Example: yourservername.chickenkiller.com
