Help I get You are banned from the server Almost everytime I get in a server - Madmatt221 - 07.06.2010

Well almost everytime I go into any server I get
SAMP 0.3a started
Connecting to ip (The server's IP goes here)
The server did not connect retrying...
you are banned from the server
Heres a picture of it

And if it helps almost all the pings in the server selector is 9999 but my ping is a low 50-100
so can anyone help me?

Maybe problems with the firewall and gta_sa.exe access.
