1. That code was taken directly from ladmin (LethaL admin system).
2. It won't work without the second part to it... a timer.

Lol what a fail, tutorials are made for NOOBS, and NO noobs are going to understand this.. pure fail.

Aswell, this sets to player info, and if the noobs don't have player files.. ALSO this doenst have a feature to set the cars to 1000 HP..

Honestly, fail.
