download speed is 3/10 but upload is 0.1/10

Your upload will cripple your clients pings, And they may get disconnected every so often.

Eat that, and i had over 50 players once on my local. (for 10 minutes, which was enough)

My result and i have 75 slots
The max players i probably had was around 20/22 Players
