Thats what I get when trying to compile sth

BTW I'm running Windows XP SP3

This belongs in the scripting discussion forum, but anyway, utils came with the SA:MP scripting package, if you deleted it or something redownload the package and copy the utils to "Pawno>Includes"

make sure that you have utils in your include folder, and make sure that you don't have multiple pawno apps.
