Run through these steps:
1. Download the includes of sa-mp.com
2. Make sure you only have 1 server pckage on ur pc
3. If not then run the .exe instead of clicking the .pwn

And yeah can you add a feature which enables the players to change their Account Names? That would be good as they won't ask for a name change when they need one. I guess that would be easy to do

It will be like this:
/changename
Please input your old password for verification.
Please input the name you would like to change to.
And if the name they input already exists in a file.
It will return:
This name is already taken. If it is you please re-log with that name
Else it will destroy there current file, Set there name and create a new one
