How to make /drag and /stopdrag , command For PD or FBI - Jaber_Brown - 29.05.2010

Guys plz i want to know how to mak /drag command , to make th player follow you automaticly ( he cant run away )
Note : i dont mean /detain , the Command that make you drag the suspect to the car , i mean /drag to drag and /stopdrag to stop draging the suspect

Plz Answer as soon as you can , i need it for my script
