[Scripting Help]Speed limiter. - Visualbr - 28.05.2010

Is there a way to script a speed limiter? Giving example on that:
You type /sl and then you can choose what limit you wish. There can be 25Mph, 50Mph and 75Mph limit available too choose.

I think it's possible, cause there's a cruise control script too, maybe try editing it?
