Need help - ViruZZzZ_ChiLLL - 26.05.2010

Okay, so when a AddStaticVehicleEx explodes it will respawn again
in a designated time right?

But how can I do :

First : When a certain car explodes, it will send a GameTextForAll
that the car has exploded.

Second : How can I send a GameTextForAll if it respawned.
