Go into your server with fsdebug loaded as a filterscript. type /v (vehiclename)
Enter the vehicle. move it to the desired location and type. /save [name] (like /save car1)

What do you mean you dont know how? type /save (comment) then check your San andreas install folder for "SavedPositions" and add the cords.
