hello. i got an dynamic ip. its fine for me to host since i never restart my internet down.
but i got no router so how to port forward my port?

If you don't have a router, you shouldn't need to port forward, just add SA:MP server to firewall exceptions. You could try running the server, then try to connect through the IP you see here, rather than localhost. If you can connect, others should be able to, aswell.
