for add more vehicles and dont full vehicle in the server in server cfg you have stream_distance 300.0
stream_rate 2000 stream discance is the distance of you can see the streamed vehicles and stram rates is how much vehicles u want to stream xD my bad english -.- so you can see the vehicles in 300 meters if u go 301 the vehicle block an you can see the other in 300 meters Lol
