How do i? - DevilRP - 20.05.2010

How do I make a global timer for all FS's + the GM
This is what i want to do-
make it so every 10 minutes there will be a minigame\activity automaticly, a random one
and i want it to take the minigames from GM + the FS's
I'd really appriciate it.
no one helps me in the thread of the requests
