I see the server off,but it is on.. - Sharkye - 20.05.2010

As the title says,i see the server off(in client),but when i go at game-monitor i see it on(on site)
Does anyone know why I can not see server on?
PS:The other servers i see them on..and i have 0.3(server version)(sorry for my bad english)
