singleplayer work, i re-instal GTASA + SAMP and update my DirectX, Visual C++ to 2008, update NET Framework
problem is save...
GTA SA is original...
my operacion's system is Windows XP SP2 (i update to SP3 problem is save)
re-instal my Windows it's no good idea...

Try creating a new user account. Usually fixes that problem for me, I had 3-4 of them on my previous computer. Nasty stuff.
In case you don't know how to, you should ****** it, I haven't used windows XP since December and I don't remember it too well
Should be easy enough though.
